Scottish Power needed help getting meaningful information out of Omniture.  

Mezzo collected business requirements from all key stakeholders in sales and marketing, and then designed a set of dashboards in Excel to keep track of their Key Performance Indicators.

Various improvements to Omniture tags and reports were needed to make sure the data flowed through the Omniture Excel add-in.
