Operations manager

We need someone to completely run our back-office, someone who has the right attitude as well as good experience. The role is office-based in the City of London. 

Salary

  • negotiable

 You will be responsible for

  • setting up new employees and contractors, interfacing with the RBS Mentor HR service

  • managing staff benefits

  • working with the financial controller to plan budgets

  • organising promotional events

  • booking client meetings

  • ensuring the office is well run and supports the business

  • organising travel to clients

  • improving and enhancing all operational processes

  • gaining ISO9001 accreditation for Mezzo Marketing Ltd

You will be

  • an experienced office manager, administrative assistant or secretary with excellent organisational skills, able to tackle a multitude of new and different tasks without hesitation

  • interested in (but not necessarily experience of) digital marketing 

  • educated to A level or above

  • able to solve problems and willing to take ownership of issues

  • able to communicate well and develop strong working relationships with everyone. Strong written skills are highly desirable, as is an ability to work with numbers

  • able to use Microsoft Office

  • driven to provide the best possible levels of service and to encourage others to do likewise

  • energetic, positive and with a “can do” attitude

You will be able to demonstrate experience of

  • At least 2 years in a similar role
