Our first principle is that everything we do is Simple, True and Effective.

If it's not, it doesn't pass muster.

Secondly, we stress-test all ideas. It's easier to do it at the idea stage than later, when the project is under way. Stress-testing means that only good ideas leave the room.

Thirdly, we share all good ideas. With input from others they can only get better. As a result, we blog and we wiki and we chat on forums. It helps shape our thinking (and it's good marketing for us!).
